I’m Charlie — a therapist who believes that real-life understanding matters just as much as professional training. Safe Spaces Therapy is shaped by lived experience, not rigid models. I work with LGBTQ+ adults, neurodivergent individuals, and carers who’ve often found that therapy didn’t quite “get them” before. This space is different.

  • Weekdays, 5pm - 9pm

  • Individual Sessions: £65 per 50-minute session,

  • Block Booking (Six Sessions): £360 (equivalent to £60 per session).
